Reviews

We ask everyone, and we publish it unedited.

Reviews are only worth reading if the people who had a bad experience were asked too. So that is how we do it.

Shrewsbury · Massachusetts

Almost every agency review page you have ever read was assembled by picking the good ones.

The common version of this works quietly. The agency surveys you first, and only the people who answer happily get walked toward Google. Everyone else gets handled privately. The rating that results is real in the sense that nobody made the words up, and worthless in the sense that it was never a sample of anything.

We do not run it that way, and Google’s own policies prohibit both that kind of gating and paying for reviews in any form. So our standard is simple, and it is the same one we would want applied to us.

  1. I.

    Everyone gets asked

Not the happy ones. Everyone, at the same points in the relationship, whether or not we expect to enjoy the answer.

  2. II.

    Nothing is offered in exchange

No gift cards, no entries into anything, no discount for a five star. A review you paid for is an advertisement.

  3. III.

    We publish what comes back

Names and towns, with permission, and no editing for tone. If somebody says we were slow, that stays up.

  4. IV.

We answer the hard ones publicly

A complaint with a real reply underneath it tells you more about an agency than fifty unanswered compliments.

Let us read your current coverage and tell you where you stand. That will tell you more about how we operate than a page of quotes would.
